Seeing an opportunity to offer families in WA a better choice in funeral services, Don Chipper decided to start Oakwood Funerals in 1999.
Oakwood Funerals Booragoon is located just is only a 20-minute drive south west of Perth. We proudly serve the our community, providing an exceptional level of service and care to families in WA.
Our compassionate funeral directors are here to help you through this difficult time, gently guiding and supporting you as you plan for the funeral of a loved one. We can take care of all the little details and help you arrange a ceremony that suitably celebrates the life that was lived.
Reflecting the diversity of the area, we have experience working with families from many different cultures and religions.
We believe that every funeral service should be unique; and that there are no set rules for where or how to hold a funeral. Our funeral directors can help you arrange a service at any location, such as:

What do you like about being a funeral arranger?
Tailoring a personalised service to memorialise each individual whilst giving the family all the support they need to get them through the difficult process.
What do you enjoy doing in your spare time?
I have quite a large family. When I'm not working, I'm busy on 'mum' duty at my kids sporting commitments. We like to spend time together as a family and go camping. We try and do this a couple of times a year, however, a 5-star vacation is also quite special!
