Bringing your loved one into our care
We'll collect your loved one promptly, attend to all medical paperwork and handle registration with the WA Registry of Births, Deaths and Marriages on your behalf.
Give your loved one a farewell that reflects their faith, culture and the values they held dear.
There’s no single way to say goodbye. We’ll work closely with you to arrange a service that reflects your loved one’s life, beliefs and cultural background. Our team has experience supporting families from a wide range of faiths and traditions, including Christianity, Hinduism, Buddhism and Islam.
Booragoon and greater Perth are home to families from many different backgrounds and walks of life. Whatever your traditions, we're here to arrange a funeral or memorial service that respectfully honours the customs, rituals and practices that are important to you.
From religious readings and traditional music to symbolic gestures or a specific order of ceremony – every element can be shaped to reflect your loved one's story and the traditions integral to your family.
Planning a funeral involves many moving parts. Our team coordinates the practical details so you can focus on being with your family and honouring your loved one.

We'll collect your loved one promptly, attend to all medical paperwork and handle registration with the WA Registry of Births, Deaths and Marriages on your behalf.
2
You'll sit down with an experienced funeral director at our Booragoon funeral home to share your family's traditions and wishes. From there, we can liaise with clergy, celebrants or cultural leaders to make sure every detail is handled with care and respect.

Services can take place at our chapel, a local place of worship, or at another meaningful location – whether that's a park, beach, winery, family home or graveside. We'll coordinate bookings, transport and cemetery or crematorium arrangements, including above-ground options such as crypts, vaults and mausoleums.
4
If your family or cultural traditions call for spending time with your loved one before the service, we can arrange a private viewing in a calm, respectful setting. We can also accommodate special cremation arrangements to meet specific cultural needs.
5
We can help organise memorial stationery, order of service booklets, live-streaming for those unable to attend and recordings to keep as an enduring tribute.
A funeral is typically held within days of someone passing and usually includes a burial or cremation as part of the service. A memorial takes place after the burial or cremation, sometimes weeks or months later, and can be held at a time and place that suits your family.
Some legal and medical steps need to be attended to promptly, but the timing of the service itself can be flexible. Certain cultural or religious customs may also influence the timeline. We'll guide you through what's required and help plan a suitable date.
We begin by listening carefully. We’ll also work alongside local faith leaders and cultural representatives to ensure the service is carried out with full respect.
Yes. Music, readings, photographs, cultural rituals, symbolic gestures, dress codes, specific prayers – we'll help you incorporate whatever holds meaning for your family and your loved one's life.
We can discuss eco-friendly options, including biodegradable coffins, natural materials and green burial sites, depending on your family's values and preferences.
There are no set rules for where a funeral can be held. Services can be arranged at parks, beaches, wineries, community venues, private residences, a graveside or any place that carries special significance across Booragoon and greater Perth.
It's helpful to bring your loved one's personal details, a recent photograph and any notes on cultural or religious requirements. If you have prepaid plan documents, bring those along too. You're always welcome to bring a family member or friend for support.
